The Puerto Rico Islanders, 2010 Caribbean Football Union (CFU) Champions, aim to repeat the title in 2011 and clasify once again for the the CONCACAF Champions League. The official schedule of the CFU Championship was released yesterday, confirming the Islanders bye in the first round.
The first-leg of the second round for the Islanders will be held in Puerto Rico at the Juan Ramón Loubriel Stadium between April 12th – 14th against the winner of Walking Boyz, Co of Surinam and Nortthern United All Stars of St. Lucia. Then the Islanders will visit the same team for the second-leg someday between April 22nd-24th. The final round will be played in Trinidad; on May 25th the semi-finals and on May 29th the final.
